Businesses that collect, remanufacture and resell empty cartridges are easy to find. Look in the phone book under "Computer Supplies and Parts" or "Office Supplies."

Use suppliers that will take back their hazardous, recyclable, or reusable products at the end of their life for proper disposal, recycling or remanufacturing.
