How our seafood is delivered is just as important as where it comes from. We receive our seafood from all over the world, and we purchase varying amounts depending on the product. But, rather than receive our deliveries in multiple, less-than-full truckloads, we have recently implemented a consolidation system for our deliveries that allows our seafood to arrive in fewer, fuller truckloads, without compromising quality. Through our efforts, we have reduced our frozen deliveries by over 50% and continue to look at additional consolidation opportunities.
