These days, Publix is discovering more and more ways to use less. So every new store we’re building is
more energy-efficient. And we’re doing what we can to reduce the energy we’re using in existing stores,
too. From progressive cooling techniques to in-store lighting and solar energy, we have some pretty bright
ideas.
